Our Services

How We Help

Our process begins with an assessment that helps us get to know you, and the reason you are reaching out. We will explore your history and the broader context of your life to understand how your challenges developed and what is currently maintaining them. Our approach is cognitive-behavioural, meaning we will be particularly interested in patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. We will talk to you about your goals for therapy, so that we can come up with a suitable therapy plan. And we will show you how making changes to patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting can help you accomplish those goals.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy is an effective therapy for a wide range of issues. It has been developed and refined over the last 50 years by expert scientists and clinicians. With the support of a skilled therapist, CBT can be used to improve almost any emotional issue.
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common condition estimated to occur in 1-2% of the global population. OCD affects people of all ages and backgrounds. OCD is diagnosed when someone suffers significantly from obsessions OR compulsions. Individuals commonly experience both, but it is not uncommon for only one to be present at a given time.
