Our Team Dr. Levi Riven Founder & Clinical Psychologist Dr. Levi Riven is a clinical psychologist, certified with the Ontario College (CPBAO) to provide clinical psychology services to adults. He obtained his Ph.D. from Concordia University and completed his clinical residency at the McGill University Health Centre. Dr. Riven founded Riven Psychology in 2020 as an in-person and online private psychology practice, as well as a training centre for therapists working towards certification. She is joining Riven Psychology for a short term practicum to become fully certified with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Danica Kaplan, RN Practicum Student About Danica Danica takes a holistic approach to counselling, attending to both mind and body. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems/parts work, and Somatic Experiencing to help clients with mood, anxiety, relational and esteem issues, trauma, and life transitions. Her approach emphasizes one’s relationship to the self in order to foster self-acceptence and sense of worth. She has worked/trained in a variety of settings, including an acute psychiatric facility, a women’s health clinic, and community counselling and psychology practices. She will be working under the supervision of Dr. Riven who will remain active in monitoring and directing client care.
